Bizee's Free Months End at $149. Wyoming Charges $350 to Undo the Worst Case.
Who is writing: WY Reg Agent.com, a Wyoming registered agent at $99 a year, which profits whenever a reader moves. What is quoted: Bizee's own published pricing, checked in July 2026 and left as found.
The Bundled Months Are Real
Bizee, which traded as Incfile before the rebrand, throws registered agent coverage into its formation packages. Depending which tier you buy, that runs anywhere from a quarter of a year to a full one. It is a genuine inclusion, not a coupon with conditions printed underneath. If Bizee was going to file your Wyoming Articles of Organization anyway, and the state's own fee for those is a flat $100, then those covered months cost you nothing and land in exactly the stretch when a new company has the least money in it.
Month Thirteen Is $149
Standalone Bizee agent service runs $149 a year, published plainly where anyone can read it. Fifty dollars above our rate, and worth meeting in advance rather than in an email receipt.
The Number That Should Worry You Is $350
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereThe price is not the interesting risk with bundled periods. The date is.
A free stretch ends on a day chosen by whichever package you bought, and nothing else in the business marks it. No filing falls due. No letter arrives from Cheyenne. The single observable event is a charge landing for something you last considered the better part of a year ago, at which point the decision has been made by default rather than by comparison.
Occasionally the drift runs further than a renewal. Wyoming has a price for putting an agent situation right after it has gone wrong, and it is not five dollars. Reinstating a Wyoming company that has lost its registered agent costs $350. Set that beside the $5 the state charges to swap one agent for another and you have a seventy-to-one ratio, which is about as clear a statement of priorities as a fee schedule is capable of making.
The route there is quiet, which is the whole problem. Wyoming sets the report deadline at the opening of your anniversary month, allows sixty days beyond it, and can then administratively dissolve the company. A dissolved entity has a two-year window in which to come back, after which the window shuts for good. Every warning issued along that road is delivered to the registered office printed on your record. That is the argument for caring who holds the seat rather than caring what their dashboard looks like.
What We Charge, and When It Changes
$99 a year. It does not change. There is no bundled period counting down behind it, no package tier that alters it, no second-year figure we are holding back. When a summons is handed over at our Wyoming address, the scan is in your account that day and an email tells you to look. We track your anniversary month and prompt you ahead of the deadline, which here means the first of the month and not the thirty-first. One line at checkout, nothing stacked on top.
Nobody here is claiming the smallest number in the state. That belongs to BetterLegal at $90. Ours is among the lowest published annual rates and it has no expiry date attached to it.
Changing Registered Agent From Bizee in Wyoming
Short version: one signed paper form and a $5 check, mailed to Cheyenne for the Secretary of State's Business Division, up to fifteen business days to process, with no online channel and no expedited option under Wyoming law.
Let the Bizee arrangement stand until the record itself lists us, then cancel it. For the whole of that fifteen-day wait Bizee is still who Wyoming believes it should be delivering to, and a cancelled subscription does not edit a public register. The full walkthrough, including what the form asks for, sits on our change of agent page.
Handle it while the bundled months are still running and the entire exercise costs five dollars and a stamp.
