The cost over time
In year one the two are close: $349 for Clemta Essentials against $399 for our package, each plus the state fee. After that the lines separate. At today's published prices, five years of Clemta Essentials comes to $1,745. Five years with us comes to $795: the $399 package plus four $99 agent renewals. Clemta's price covers an address and reminders that ours doesn't, so it's not a like-for-like trade, but if what you need each year is a registered agent, the difference adds up.
How we work
You fill out one form. We file your Articles with the Wyoming Secretary of State and act as your registered agent from the start.
We handle the bank application with you. Right after your EIN paperwork is signed, your application for our partners is complete, pre-filled from your order and with your Articles attached. You check what's being shared and approve it before we send anything. Our partners decide, and we can't guarantee an account.
We get your EIN without an SSN. Form SS-4 is drafted by us and signed by you electronically, then faxed. Expect the IRS to issue the number in roughly 2 to 8 weeks.
What we leave to you
The Wyoming annual report and license tax (from $60 a year) and all US tax filings, including Form 5472 if it applies. We don't prepare returns, so line up a tax professional who works with foreign owners.

How much do you charge after the first year?
$99 a year for registered agent service, which you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. The $399 package fee itself is paid once.
Does Clemta help with taxes?
Clemta Pro adds IRS federal tax filings and W-8, W-9, and 1099 management. Its pricing page doesn't name Form 5472, so ask Clemta whether it's included for your LLC. We don't prepare tax filings.
Which bank does Clemta work with?
