Where we differ
StartGlobal is $100 cheaper to start in Wyoming. Its price includes the state fee, and ours adds Wyoming's $100 on top.
We prepare the bank application ourselves. You don't work through a form on your own. We complete it with the information from your order, add your filed Articles, and have it waiting when your EIN application is signed. After your OK, it goes to our partners, with no wait for the IRS. Approval rests with our partners and isn't guaranteed.
We tell you what to expect from the IRS. Without an SSN, your EIN goes through Form SS-4 by fax. The IRS generally takes 2 to 8 weeks and doesn't expedite.
Nothing to upsell. We don't sell annual reports, tax filing, or monthly plans. The package is the package, and the $99 agent renewal is the only thing that repeats.
What's not included with us
Wyoming's annual report and license tax are your responsibility each year, as are federal filings like Form 5472 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs. We don't prepare either.

What renews each year?
Both of us charge $99 a year for the registered agent after year one. StartGlobal also offers optional annual report filing ($299/yr) and a $149 monthly Managed LLC plan.
Does StartGlobal help with taxes?
It offers federal tax filing and bookkeeping as add-ons priced by revenue or volume. We don't prepare tax filings at all.
How does the bank account step work with you?
Signing your EIN application is what unlocks it. At that point we've already prepared your application for our partners, with your company documents attached. You look it over and approve it, and then it goes out. Whether the account is opened is our partners' call.
How long will my EIN take?
The IRS usually issues EINs filed by fax for owners without an SSN within 2 to 8 weeks, with no way to expedite. StartGlobal's site doesn't publish an EIN timeline.
